Reno-Tahoe International Airport will connect directly to the City of Trees this summer as Aha! airlines is adding a nonstop flight to Boise.
The new Boise route is the second Idaho flight that Aha! adds this summer. The airline also announced a non-stop service to Idaho Falls last month, starting August 11. ah! starts on August 31 with flights between Reno and Boise.
“This is the number one route airline passengers have asked for since we launched Aha! last October,” said Tim Sieber, head of parent company ExpressJet’s aha! business unit.

The new flight was welcomed by Boise Mayor Lauren McLean.
“Connecting Boise and the greater Treasure Valley with the Reno-Tahoe area will have such a positive impact on our region,” McLean said in a statement. “Whether it’s an easier trip to support our team at a Mountain West game, a quick flight for business travelers, or easy access to friends and family in the Reno area – I’m confident that the non-stop service to Reno meets the needs of our community.”
